how can i get in sophanem and also getting my jar for the Itchlarin quest back?

I guess you did not finish the quest yet. The only way to enter Sophanem is the same way you got in the first place: enter the small cave east of the Wanderer.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

To retrieve the jar, same way you got it: Make your way through the pyramid and in to the little room.
