Are there any magic staffs,wands etc that have combat stats to? I need something that can cast spells but also be used for melee if needed.

Most (if not all) magic staves have melee stats as well as magic. Look at

The Ahrim's Staff is the best with 65 crush and 68 strenght.

 

 

 

The obby staff (Toktz-mej-tal) also got nice stats 55 crush and 55 strenght.

 

 

 

The mystic staves have 40 crush and 50 strenght.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

God's, Ancient and Iban staves got same status as mystics.
