oak would be varrock west, 2 trees, close to bank, also draynor has one tree that is very close to the bank my guess for copper is the mine south east of varrock...but im not sure

Directly next to the General Store in Lumbridge, there are 2 oak trees also, its pretty good if you sell to the General Store.
