for slayer: slayer helm, guthans pl8, torag legs, d boots, fury...maximimize str bonus for str training: basiclly the same, maximize str bonus, or try ss (even better than gswords for str)

Go for the first one, its cheap, only problem is to drop those things (as far as I remember can't be noted) Salarin would take way to much time to get you 70, also is very boring... Irits would be the fastest way, but you lose tons of money. I recommend you MTK and farming. You can farm while training other skills, seeds are cheap; use supercompost.

3. The draining rate stays the same as normal, but every 15 seconds it takes arround 10 more points. 5. He won't hit through prayer, so if heals with you having prayer we will heal 0. No need to pray at him if you have good defence and good armor
