Foooman Posted February 7, 2007 Share Posted February 7, 2007 You just buy water filled vials from a store, bank them, buy more, bank those. And you do it until you have like 1k water filled vials. Then you sell them via the forums. Buy them at the general store in Ardougne, Taverly (if you house is there), The general store south of Brimhaven (if your house is there), or Shilo Village.
