If you want to know anyway, safe spotting them is the best bet - any level wearing best d'hide and face mask. If you have spent the time and effort to getto 85 slayer, you will have the combat to kill abyssal demons. Just grab your Guthans to heal and some rune/dragon when you don't need to heal.
