I am a new member here, and this will be my first post :thumbsup:

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

I have been using Tip.It for some time now and happened to check out the "Useless Facts" thread. During the reading of these posts, I came across the signature with an image linked to the forum thread "The B.I.S.S.S"

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

I have had a suggestion for a long while but was just never really bothered to post it anywhere. I searched and didn't come up with anything that matches, so hopefully I'm not repeating a suggestion.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Mine is quite simple .. no pictures or much detail required.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

GIVE US WORDWRAP!

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

They get $5 a month from THOUSANDS of players:

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

They update character/monster looks

 

 

 

They occasionally provide more bank space

 

 

 

They give us new skills and new armors and new quests

 

 

 

They have a censor that practically obliterates the ability to have a normal conversation due to attempting to block any and all words or parts thereof that 13 year olds may see that they probably already know.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

The least they could do is make it so we didn't have to type enter at the end of every line. Have a character limit on each post, just as any messenger has. But for God's sake ... let us type one train of thought without having to stop and check how far we are from the end of the line to have to press enter again.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

This is also a pain when you are talking to several people in game at one time. Instead of being able to get all your thought out at one time uninterrupted and moving on to the next person who messaged, you have to enter, enter, enter, then move on and enter, enter, enter some more.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

It's bloody irritating to be honest.

That is the best suggestion I've ever heard :D :D and really agree that its annoying that the text goes off the screen if you too much!

Now on a more serious note, I agree it is really annoying when you have a lot of people talking and you have to split a long message. If they did implement being able to type messages that span over 1 line then I'd think it would be limited to PMs only, due to the fact it would become very easy to spam the public chat box since it is only 5 lines tall anyway.

I think I would be ok with that considering thats where I do most of my talking, except for clan meetings with my higher ranks.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

As long as it worked even if you have the PM's in your public chat box (as I most of the time do).
