Use seaweed on a range to make soda ash.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Then take that with a bucket of sand to a furnace and use one of them on the furnace.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

You can get seaweed from Entrana and Picatoris fishing colony. Buckets of sand from using buckets on sand pits around the world, OR do the Hand in the Sand quest for 84(I think) buckets of sand each day from Bert as part of the reward.
