Go to the password recovery section and click on "someone else has changed my password" and tell me if the box that you have to type stuff into shows up or not.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

It doesn't work for me, and no matter what I try to do to fix it, I still get an error from the .cgi script!

I think it may be a server-side problem and not at my end. I need someone to check it out and see if I'm right..

I sent a message to tech support, but they're taking forever to respond because there aren't many real people working in the customer support area.

I have no clue what to do now. I've tried another browser with the same results and Firefox doesn't even load the main page.

 

 

 

I guess I can try some windows updates.... but that's a long shot.
