Well, no matter what browser I use it still doesn't work! A script error can't be client-side.... It's gotta be a problem with the server! Now what? I still haven't gotten a reply from customer/tech support! Well, I tried to type in another name, and it worked. Guess its not the script error after all....

Crud. Thanks for your help. Now at least I know it's probably a problem at my end. I have no clue what to do now. I've tried another browser with the same results and Firefox doesn't even load the main page. I guess I can try some windows updates.... but that's a long shot.

Go to the password recovery section and click on "someone else has changed my password" and tell me if the box that you have to type stuff into shows up or not. It doesn't work for me, and no matter what I try to do to fix it, I still get an error from the .cgi script! Can someone go there and tell me if the same happens to them? I think it may be a server-side problem and not at my end. I need someone to check it out and see if I'm right.. It's been doing this ever since the German Beta came out. I sent a message to tech support, but they're taking forever to respond because there aren't many real people working in the customer support area.

My account was stolen, and I tried to go to the password recovery, but all I get is an error. I submitted a query to tech support but I haven't gotten a response yet. Stupid .cgi error.... Can someone go there so I can determine if it's a problem @ my end or not? I'm using IE 7 BTW does Firefox work with RS? I searched for it on google but got nothing. Doesn't work with my computer on firefox. It can't even load the main page. I remember RS used to work with firefox.

I'm really lucky compared to you guys.... My account was hijacked late last year, and I got it back yesterday. I was taking a long break because of school and stuff. Anyways, I found out that the guy was paying for my account to be a member. I logged on to find that my account had a set of barrows armor and an abby whip. I never was able to get that myself! I feel kinda bad for that guy now that he probably spent a ton of time on my account and now all that was in vain....
