February 16, 200719 yr My account was stolen, and I tried to go to the password recovery, but all I get is an error. I submitted a query to tech support but I haven't gotten a response yet. Stupid .cgi error.... Can someone go there so I can determine if it's a problem @ my end or not? I'm using IE 7 BTW does Firefox work with RS? I searched for it on google but got nothing. Doesn't work with my computer on firefox. It can't even load the main page. I remember RS used to work with firefox.

I still haven't gotten a reply from customer/tech support! Well, I tried to type in another name, and it worked. Guess its not the script error after all....
February 16, 200719 yr 1) "Stupid CGI Error" doesn't give us any info other than you get an error. What is it? What does it say? How often does it appear? 2) Yes RS works with FireFox. RS will work with any modern web browser that supports Java.
February 17, 200719 yr Depends on your security options. Some sites need active scripting enabled to work. So try to go to internet options and go where it says "Active scripting". And make it "enabled".

Assuming it is the cause of the error is also stupid. A script error could be caused by javascript, just about any language they are using server side and a number of other things.
