One, buying the items in the Market Place, under 'Armour.

Two, have you ever tried to official Runescape forum? They often sell most of the items you're looking for there.

Three, im sure there is also a Price Guide someone in the Market Forum...

Oh, took me 30 seconds and i found two possible solutions...
