what the max you can hit with dragonstone bolt and if the combt lvl or range lvl make a difference , if a lvl 3 fire it and a lvl 110 fire it is it the same ?

Higher is your ranged level, higher is your max hit.

 

 

 

Combat level does not matter.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

And if you enchant thouse bolts you can possibly make extra damage called Dragon breath. The Dragon breath can give +50 damage (not sure if this is the max).

Just like above. That's somewhat like saying, does a pure with 99 and level 60 combat hit the same as a level 60 main with 62 str. Obviously combat doesn't matter but the level does.
