Any one, it says west varrock but I ran all around the west varrock and never found him...

oh!! he's in EAST varrock, the member's part of it. Just look for the quest start icon =)

It's south-east varrock actually. In the little gated area, just north of the clothes shop.

If Jagex ever made a perfect update, there would be players complaining about nothing to complain about.
