When your lowest skill reaches level 30, the experience 'per tear' will remain constant." Does anyone know how much per tear xp is given? My lowest skill is over 30 and one time at tears, after doing a bunch of quests, I got about 20 more tears than the previous week but it seems to be the same amount of xp given to me for that skill.
