If you're talking about damaged armor (not barrows), then use it on a armor stand in a Player Owned House. Chance of it becoming Bronze through Mithril.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Barrows, same way or take to Bob's Axe Shop in Lumbridge, you can get Barrows fixed for a price.

If Jagex ever made a perfect update, there would be players complaining about nothing to complain about.

you can also fix barrows in the workbench in your home and broken/rusty items at the antique guy in port khazard
