Where do i get my law tally back if i droped it because i wasnt a member anymore now i need it back

Try talking to Dustan - the person who gave you the talisman or Denulth. If one of them do not give back the talisman then it's lost forever. The only way to craft law runes is by the Abyss.

where is dunstan its been forever since ive done that quest and i just got my membership back from being F2P for a long time
