i was just wonderin whether mining my own pure ess then making laws by gettin runners on world 66 or 99 or mining my own pure ess making nats through abyss then trading nats for pure ess would be faster to get to 99 runecrafting

World 66/99 are a non ess back law running worlds, all you need to bring is 28 pure ess and craft into laws, you say open, offer them 28 laws and you get 28 pure ess. Then you do it all over again, the only problem with that is you get no money, if your looking for money I'd say runecraft nats though the abbys, you can get up to 1k nats per hour (300k per hour) doing that.
