Captainkidd Posted February 21, 2007 Share Posted February 21, 2007 World 66/99 are a non ess back law running worlds, all you need to bring is 28 pure ess and craft into laws, you say open, offer them 28 laws and you get 28 pure ess. Then you do it all over again, the only problem with that is you get no money, if your looking for money I'd say runecraft nats though the abbys, you can get up to 1k nats per hour (300k per hour) doing that.
