press the print screen button (on the right of the F12 button on your keyboard), and than paste it (ctrl-v) in a program like paint or photoshop. :D

I don't think its possible to get an avatar in a filesize suitable for these boards from paint.... Unless you don't mind the way paint messes up your picture when you save it as a .jpg....

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Try cropping your picture in anything but paint and save it as a .jpg or .png or .gif....

Mines paint and not messed up badly
