Yes. If you see an ad that is slowing down your computer, click on the "?" next to it, take down the ad number, and send it into customer support (customer support, advertising, submit an advert complaint)

Ya you should. And I once saw a "free RS gold" banner when I used to play so I reported that too.

I'll clarify something real quick. I believe Jagex said something somewhere where if a game is causing you lag, first right-click it, and under Quality (if available), click Low. If that doesn't help, then uncheck Play (again, if available). This would also take away sound, if any, from the ad. If it continues to give you problems, then follow the actions stated above and make sure to clarify that the ad in question causes lag issues.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Alternatively, you could just lower the size of your browser so that you can scroll the ad off screen, although I think Jagex gets upset when you do that...
