Molishist
Some people may have a different opinion, but I really like that orange color. I usually don't like orange but I think it goes good in that scene. I don't like the planet too much. I'm not sure, but theres something about it that makes it look sort of flat, like paper. But again, the color looks good on it. I like that group of stars at the top in the middle, it looks, well, I dont know how to put it, but I like it. The other bright star is Ok, but maybe too bright? But overall, I think its pretty good, mabe 7.25/10.
Nadril
eek, the brushyness of it. Sorry, if it sounds harsh, but the scene needs alot of work. The startfield in general looks ok, i ,mean you have the ratio of small/big stars out, but it just doesn't look right. First off, the nebula you tryed to make looks realy bad IMO. i recomend you do more brushing than just a bunch of stars. also, with that said do more with the star scape. Brush a bit under the layer (set stars to screen) and make it look more realistic, and don't colorize the stars directly. The planet actully isn't bad, but its just some grunge brushes on a circle, and looks strange when compared with the star's. I recomend you check out http://www.alyn.deviantart.com he has some amazing tutorials and space scenes, definitly a guy to get insipred from :P also, the lens flare looks sort of out of place. Its just kind of there, in the middle of a dark space scene, glaring there. Now i know i may not be the best in space scenes but try to think of realisim. However, don't abide strickly by that. I usualy like to choose what looks best over realisim, but the choice is yours. all in all, not bad for your (2nd?) i belive. i've seen a LOT worse, trust me. But just go to the link i told yah, and check it out. Greg Martin's tutorials are also preaty good, infact the method i usualy use to make starfeilds (like the base one) is a cross between alyn's + Greg matins method :P Well, good luck on future space scenes :)
imadevil
I havent followed a tutorial for any of this except from a real life mate showing me basic way of making stars. Thx for the critique nadril, and does that link show me how to make planets properly? I have no idea lol. I shall try again! I need to learn how to make a nebula too, I just used clone brush like my mate said but is that the most common way to do it? or any better way? Cheers

Cheers well, that link is too a persons gallery, and he has alot of tut's in it too :D And for nebulas, they are kinda a cross between some stars and gasses and what not. So play with it some. Also, lemme warn you, use clone brush ONLY in very small moderation, it will realy screw up your peice if you do it alot :) Good luck :P
trigger000
I like, better than your last one. But some of stars seem to blocky still. Not sure if Nad already said that, he writes to much :P

Not sure if Nad already said that, he writes to much :P lol  nah, i didn't say much about the stars. If you do find 'em being blocky, just do a guas blur on like .2 or something. That, or duplicate your star layer, guas blur to what you want (1-3 usualy) and then lower the opacity, it will probaly help out :P

X3ro
Looks pretty cool, but you should try making a soace scene with multiple planets.
