March 3, 200719 yr OK, so my family currently has satellite internet. We have just found out that we can possibly have Clearwire. So my question is: Is Clearwire better than Satellite in certain aspects? Is one a better web surfer than the other? and the most important one is, Is Runescape faster with Clearwire than it is with satellite? With satellite, i click and 3+ seconds later i move. So hopefully you can answer these questions for me. Thanks
March 3, 200719 yr Clearwire will have lower latency than satellite since it is based on IEEE 802.16. It uses mobile phone masts which are terrestrial, not orbital so the signals have far less distance to travel.
