Your stats are very similiar to my pure. 46 att, 54 str, hp 61, prayer and def 1, ranged 71 and magic 51. ;) Combat 49.

I have some tips. You probably won't like them, but it's worth a shot.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

First off, 60 attack. I know you said you didn't want to get it above 40...but PKing anything besides other pures and noobs with a Rune Scimmy is a pain...unless you're in F2P but there goes lots of potential profit from loot.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

52 Prayer for Smite. You may think it's bad that this would bring combat up, but hear me out. At a lower level, people rarely bring good things. Higher levels will walk into the wilderness in Full Rune, Zerker, and a Whip and not worry about it. Smited whips > slightly lower combat.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

You're a pure, so there's no problem with defense. Out of personal preference I'd go for 45 defense to get ahold of Rune Defenders, Zerker Helms, and Fighter Torsos, but that would result in much higher combat which you probably don't want.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

But right now, 8.5/10. It has some potential.

As for prayer, i'm thinking of getting first to 26, then as my range hits the late 80's early 90's getting 52 prayer and 45 defence at the same time.
