How can I get my magic whistle back?

I've already finished the quest, but I dropped the whistle (I know, stupid...)

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

I don't have the magic napkin and The Gallahad guy won't give me another one.

If you have access to fairy rings..you are in luck.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

You can fairy ring tele there, and get another whistle off the table in the castle
