throne room and obliette question

if you have a throne room and you want build a obliette do you have to build a dungeon, or can you just build one under the throne room?

One of my friends just has an Obuliete or however you spell it. So I don't think you need a full dungeon.

If i get it rite, you want to make 1 Throne room upstairts and 1 Oubliette at ground level.

No.

 

 

 

You can only built Oubliette room underground.

 

 

 

It doesn't need a Throne room to built it (although it's alot coller if you do).
