aoe325 Posted March 7, 2007 Share Posted March 7, 2007 Theres no requirement at all, and i think that in order to get a pair that suits yourself you have to buy it from the sherpa. Edit : You must have completed the Death plateau quest to wear the boots, refer to this quest guide : tip.it/runescape/?rs2quest_id=69 Quest cape obtained at combat level 83, march 07.
