err oh yea, i made this in adobe photoshop it took me 1-2 hours and it was animated in image ready. 8)

make new image, make it like.. small.. make a horizontal line and add transparency or color or whatever u want it to look like

 

 

 

then go to edit define pattern... pretty simple

#1 - wasnt trying to bump it - didnt need to was already at the top, bumping would of been pointless.

 

 

 

#2 - i didnt spend 3 hours on it... spent about an hour or so total if that, i didnt time myself.. was just a estimated guess.

 

 

 

#3 - i didnt care what u said about the sig, it was just how you brought it across like "by the way read the rules and stop bumping and you wasted your time" or w\e you had to say along those lines and i asked for CC nothing you had to say was constructive.

 

 

 

#4 - your text has like no effects, the lines look tacky, the image was probably taken from google, well yea.. that probably did take u like 10 minutes.. :roll: you still havnt proven a point
