To start off with, I'll provide my system information: Windows XP Home SP2 Intel Celeron T1400 (1.73 GHz) 1GB RAM DDR2 Mobile Intel 965 Express Chipset Family Also take note I'm not keen on it, so I might miss important information while giving above data. While playing Runescape my FPS circles around 5-15 (all FPS values were measured in large dungeon), even though i have TuneUp Utilities installed, all unnecessary processes closed, Java priority set to highest, using Runescape official client and playing in Fixed Safe Mode. Sometimes, mainly after logging in my FPS suddenly jumps to 30-35 and stays so for a couple minutes, then is again lagging @ 5 FPS. Is there a way to improve average FPS by other way than buying new hardware? If no, then tell me what parts are needed to be changed to improve performance. Constant lagging is very annoying to me, because i DG a lot and my doorlags time averages around 4-5 seconds, keen dungeoneers will know this is an enormous amount. I appreciate all answers, thanks in advance.

Thanks guys, this would be never possible without DGS! Actually you made me love DG, without you I wouldn't ever think of getting 120 someday, which is my new goal.

Once again, don't suggest me binding a plate, because even if I wanted it, I couldn't because of DGS policy, which is fine for me. Hood is the best defensive item in dung so it can be treated as an exception, it's way better than plate bind, trust me.

I've dged 1-98 without plate and I won't need it after 100, thanks. Binding a platebeard is a waste of time, maybe it makes you die less (which will be tbh beneficial due to my comp, 70% of deaths come out of teleport/door lags), but still I want to contribute to the team by binding an offensive weapon, to speed up the floors. I'm still learning, I'm not a proper dungeoneer, but binding a plate if not keying is not a way to become it.

After reading the guide I decided I'd go for a rapier, but as it turned out to be not as effective as we thought, now I'm confused what to take, and rapier was my only choice tbh. My stats are: 94 Attack, 95 Strength, 94 Def, 92 Ranged, 90 Magic. Was thinking about Prom gaunts but that's obviously not good idea. Will appreciate any answer, thanks

Knights of Apocalypse versus Lithuanian Forces Juniors Starting: Ending: We had less people, so we attacked. For around 10 minutes we were losing by 1-2 people, but then our member, Krystian255, was tanking, and we killed 3 people during his tank without prot - many thanks Krystian. Then, one of LFJ members, propably StillAliveLT, ran into trees (war was centre only). After 35 minutes, we won with 15 people left. Many thanks to our snipers - they killed 5 people without breaking 4 ppl limit. Good fight LFJ, good job KoA.
