July 31, 200619 yr the lvl 55, because its a level lower. full steel makes no difference whatsoever against rune weapons. only 30+ def will show noticable results and by then youve gotten like 8 levels

August 1, 200619 yr Steel kite and helm are hardly worth the level. Stick with 1 def unless you plan on wearing the whole set... which isn't that great against rune weapons anyway, lol.
