the lvl 55, because its a level lower. full steel makes no difference whatsoever against rune weapons. only 30+ def will show noticable results and by then youve gotten like 8 levels

Does 5 def makes no difference at all?

In training will it be better ( ont lvl 18 zombies ) , as it will you save lots more food?

Steel kite and helm are hardly worth the level. Stick with 1 def unless you plan on wearing the whole set... which isn't that great against rune weapons anyway, lol.
