si1ver4
This guide is for all the mac users out there who wish to record movies. Step 1. Download one of the following programs. 1. Display Eater 2. iShowU For the purpose of this tutorial i would suggest going for the Display Eater as it is shareware rather than a demo, and is much easier to use. Step 2. After you have downloaded one of these files install them by dragging it into you applications folder. Step 3. Once it is installed open it up and u should get this. Step 4. Click on the "Start Recording" button and u should get the following. Resize the window that pops up by dragging the corners and click capture once it is the correct size. Once you click capture it will ask you for a name and place to save the movie - choose any name that seems fitting and choose the saving location to Desktop, Movies, Home, ect...Display Eater will immediatly start recording until you hit Stop Recording. Step 5. Once u have stopped recording your movie select it and can either delete it to try again or save it. Step 6: Edit your movie. Most macs come with iMovie already installed so you may edit with this in anyway you like.
Macmaster92
Well it would be a bit of a problem to download Display eater since the link on Apple.com does not work for some reason.
