Hello, I'm a veteran player of runescape that has used tip.it for a long time. I'm just now logging in to tip.it to share my new idea. Please read the full idea, and come up with full ideas before disagreeing. :) Feel free to agree with why you happen to like the idea as well. Keep in mind, I came up with this idea for the veteran players with the 5 year and 10 year veteran capes, and completion cape owners, wanting a reason to keep playing since they're maxed with a completion cape. An idea to add in new cape looks, emotes, effects, and the possibility to combine 2 of the same (type:all) of capes. If one cape is a veteran cape 5 or 10 years (which is type:all) and other is one of the 2 completion capes (possibility skill) or milestone capes, (since they're type:all).
