Ebazzcox Posted November 30, 2015 Share Posted November 30, 2015 Can someone please help me I have been getting an error everytime I try and play I have tried everything erased Java all forms of runescape. Says firewall is causing it not to work but have allowed all and also have checked and ran as admin and I have also changed or it's still won't work. Yes I have also tried allowing new rule more then once and putting the runescape/Java/Jagex related stuff in the allow rules. Like is there a pop up message?If so what EXACTLY does it say?If not what does happen?Like do you get to a certain point then it white screens? black screens?etc. It'd also be good to know what firewall is blocking it - windows? avg? avast? nrton? bitdefender? kaspersky? etc. The exact details will reveal what the issue is and what the exact fix will be.
