Well I'm kinda going for exp. and profit and with my level I make a tiny profit with airs, but I wanted to see if it was worth it to run them.

Does anyone know the approx. time it takes to get to each alter and back to the nearest bank? I only need to know free to play options and it has to be running speeds, no teleporting. Thanks!

After recently returning to Runescape and going through the forest below Falador was breathtaking to say the least. I can't wait to see other places to receive these visual updates!

Well I am training defense alongside range for the green dragon hide so it technically isn't pure range but it is pretty close.

Any suggestions on stats necessary? Thank you for your reply.

Never mind I found him. That is really strange for that to be showing up in the Dwaren Mines.

While logging into Runescape I had a black screen and an option in the left corner "Talk to Wiglaf". I was standing in the iron spawn site in the Dwaren Mines, the one near the new Mysterious Entrance. I was wondering if anyone knew what this was and any help on this would be helpful.

I am not sure but I think I have found out the ratio of hits and how much you get. I was training range and trying to figure out the exp rate. I think for each life point you hit you get .4 exp. For Example a 10 would give you 4 exp and a 63 would give 25 exp.

Okay now I see what I did. I did mutiply the base exp by the Knight's Hp. I forgot the crucial part that it does not take 52 hits to kill the knight but 52 damage. Thank you for your help. Problem solved.

Ok currently I am leveling up my magic and decided with my small cash pile to buy runes for fire strikes. I did some math that does not make sense and I want to make sure I did it right or find out where I messed up at. First I have enough runes for 1 ,178 casts of fire strike. I am training at White Knight's in Falador whose HitPoints are 52. Now for one cast of Fire Strike I will get a minimum of 11.5 exp. The max amount of exp I can with one Fire Strike is 27.5 exp. If I did my math right this means that I will get 704,444 exp minimum or 1,684,540 exp maximum. This does not sound right. Please help clear up any issues or confirm that this is infact the true total exp I can earn.
