You're good with the mountains especially with the texture. However like mentioned the clouds especially those at the top left can really be seen as if they had been brushed of some sort (maybe because of the texture)

I like it, deep colours and from complex to simplicity, the text ruined it though :(

Use the magic wand tool from photoshop, click on the white area and press delete

Tidy up your linework and work on the guy's face and hands Also the ground detail isn't really good... Quite good shading, especially on the rune rocks

If you tele when doing a clue it's perfectly fine IMO. Why take 1 hour to do a clue, waste pray pots and food, only to get a robin hood and get pked in level 15 wild by a small group of pkers who ran into you by chance? However teleporting during clan wars/pk trips/miniwars is dishonourable. By bringing tele runes to a war, it means that you did have the INTENTION to run away from your clan, leaving them to die and you don't. It's like deserting your group so that you might survive and they will die

I like how you do the effect around the main text, but yeah too much filters IMHO

Personally I feel the water has bubbles which makes it look like blue lava The shield I'm not sure if you want it that way, but as posted the dragon fire shield has a circle on top and a triangle under it But still overall very good job

Fletchers buy logs, and sit there at the bank with their knives and fletch away. Why the heck can't every other skill have an easier time? And, 40 laws and you think runecrafters would have it made? Yea only 20k to bank somthing... Id much rather walk, thank you. 40 laws for 54 natures...why not? :lol:
