Soo.. Preseason for football started last week for us young ones. I went in with the expectation of light drills, you know, handballs, a little kicking, talking of tactics. Boy was I wrong. I've been running/swimming over 20km a day. That's a lot for somebody still recovering from surgery on both feet and left pec/lat/rotator cuffs.
