100k Gold Bars Mined and Smelted!

Guys a landmark achievement just happened. I have actually mined and smelted 100k gold bars since I began this journey. I am shocked, awed, and frightened all at the same time :blink:. 99 smithing is still a long ways off and I still have 65k bars to chew through. I truly do not know if I am crazy enough to follow through with this but I am getting tantalisingly closer and closer. Several people keep asking what I'm going to do with the bars once this is all over. Selling it would help a poor miner such as myself get a bit of gp in her bank but it would leave me guilty for not capitalizing on the crafting xp. To be honest though, it would be hard to make inexpensive gold jewellery because there is no such thing as inexpensive gold jewellery XD. I could try saph stuff but the xp makes it quite unworthy and it would take well over the amount of gold bars I currently have. At the end of the day I'm just happy to have faithfully kept my bars this long and watch them grow for the fun of it.

    I have about 150k bars to go for 99 smithing myself. Think I've eaten through about 100k so far as well, so good job. Keep it up!

    Grats though, I don't think I would ever be crazy enough to do all of that. Although I guess the smelting part isn't too bad but the mining? Ugh.

    C'est la vie. I can't complain too much seeing as I'm getting boatloads of mining xp and free smithing levels :).

    Use the bars for crafting rocks once a week. Make saph necklaces, emmy rings, and diamond rings when you have the gems (not sure what's best for ruby tbh) and the rest you make plain ammies with. Then you string the ammies using lunar. See? Cash (strung plain ammies actually sell :o ), crafting xp AND mage xp ;)
