I think you can also find it in one of the shops in Keldagrim.
Of course, I could be thinking of a different shop. Worth a check, though, right? Right?! *Begins mumbling incoherently*

Well first off are you P2P or F2P?
-
Well in that instance it really comes down to what's more important to a person: XP per hour, or XP per bone.
Not to mention the fact that having a Ring of Dueling (CW tele) and an Ectophial speeds up mass Ectofuntus worship considerably.
-
I'm not sure. Mystic, maybe?
Either way, that would still only be effective against melee opponents. Opponents using (or capable of using at the time) mage or range will be able to hit you back no matter where you mage them from.
-
Bind only stops the target from walking/running for a short while. It has no effect on their ability to attack if you're close enough.
-
It is, but it requires access the the Heroes' Guild.
Just go in the Guild and down to the dungeon. The Fountain of Heroes is located down here. Use your Amulet of Glory with it to get another 4 charges.
-
Here's a thought: Mine the ore yourself. Smelt the bars yourself. Smith the plates then alch.
Sure it takes longer, but it's more GP per Nature Rune (not to mention more Mining/Smithing XP per nat).
-
Think about it this way: F2P players can wear trimmed metal armour, can they not?
I think you should be able to find your own answer from that.

Read the quest guide for Temple of Ikov. Not the whole thing, mind you. Just up to that point. It's one of the first things you do, so you shouldn't have to read much.

Try chaos druids (level 13), in edgeville dungeon. It's in level 1-3 wild, but people very very rarely get attacked.
There are also Chaos Druids in the Taverley Dungeon, though that location tends to be a bit crowded from what I've seen.
-
Another point to note about this is that the "ceasefire" (of sorts) actually transends worlds.
For example: You could be at the Blue Dragons in Taverley Dungeon in World 2. If you manage to stay long enough for them to stop auto-attacking you, you could switch to World 9 and they still won't auto-attack. (Yes, I've actually done this, just not those exact worlds or locations.)

If you mean the set effect: It reduces your opponents run energy I believe.
See the Barrows guide under the minigame guides for the full list.
-
If you've done the Watchtower quest there's also the Ogre Enclave.
-
Would be nice if they'd include Strength requirements for applicable items in that combat guide. >_

I'd say use Blue Dragon Bones for the Ectofuntus. It's great prayer XP, and you stand a chance to get some pretty decent drops.
Alternatively, if you've done the Zogre Flesh Eaters quest you could go tomb robbing and make use of the various types of Zogre bones for worshipping the Ectofuntus. May not be much in the way of drops, but the Ourg Bones offer more XP than even Dagganoth Bones.
Having decent Thieving and Herblore levels help for the second option.

Also, having account recovery questions and answers may prove beneficial in the future. A bank PIN as well if you don't already have one.
Again, you won't get back any stolen items (short of the person willingly giving them back on their own), but at least if someone does get access to your account you have a way to get it back...as well as your items still being somewhat secure.
-
I'm 100% sure the answer is no. I did some limited testing on this. Had my stats displaying with my mouse over the stat I was training. Poison hit and I got no xp.
-
This sounds more like the kind of thing you should go to Jagex about, not us. Just don't expect to get back any lost items.
-
50 Attack to wield, I believe.
If you view the combat guide in-game it says the requirement for wielding granite weapons.
-
A point to consider, though, is that the Ectofuntus still provides the most prayer XP per bone. Guilded Alter may be nice to use if it's just for convenience/novelty/seeing people's houses, but if you're strictly in it for the XP I'd say stick with the Ectofuntus.
Then again, would be my luck that I'm missing something here. If so I suppose someone will point it out to me before too long.

Well considering you can get cape drops from Highwaymen, and each dye only costs 5gp (25gp for blue if you're buying the woad leaves from Wyson...roughly), and also factoring in that some colours require mixing two dyes I wouldn't pay more than 30gp for one.
If someone charges you anymore than that just get the cape drop and make the dyes yourself. It requires no skills beyond being able to kill a Highwayman, and dying the cape even grants a small amount of crafting xp.
