IMO 10 def is what u'd stay at. i've tested mith and it wasn't working. addy is decent and rune is just like a main 8) . also good for training are zombies (edge dungeon) or pirates (on the way to ice cave). as doomster said, 40 ranged cant hurt, it's usefull. have fun

fire blasting is far the fastest way what i know 8) spots might be on goblins near craft's guild or black knights in their castle. also lessers on karamja r good, but the place there is crowded almost any time. so u can alternate with bolts and strikes, of course lvling slower. also high alching whatever u can produce in large amounts - tiaras, hardleather bodys etc. cursing is good and very cheap, getting like 30k+ exp in hour, but it's boring after a while :). that's it, on f2p there's not many other possibilities tho

varrock sewers, at the very end, just near the mosses. there r 2 respawning, but be ready to fight lvl 32 spiders in multi zone 8) it's very fast way to collecting them, especially when u r teleing back to varrock.

i've never heard about that monk :) anyway - my experience, u'll cast succesfully the curse on third attempt even with -60 magic att on any creature (including wizards with high mage def). this makes -65 magic attack to be a must - ranged 40 for vembraces and full iron or whatever (when u want to save runes with staff, otherwise u don't need vembraces). i hope i've understood the topic and this may help 8) (btw sry my broken english, i was lazy in school :lol: )

my suggestion: don't merchant god/trimmed stuff, it's hard to sell - especially skirts, they're worth nothing, unless u met some girl spending her money, what is rare :D . also here the profit to the time spend with merchanting is too low. don't touch yews, because of "our" macroers, the price is continuously dropping :evil: . u can try lobs, buying as low as u can (200-250ea) and selling at worlds 1,3,4,5 in edgeville for 250+. same with coal, buy 150ea, sell for 180-200ea (if everyone around buys for 150ea, u wont buy it 100ea so easily :wink: ). iron and gold ore r good too, selling for 100 and 500ea. the last i can advice is buying pieces of rune cheap, selling full sets 190k+, also selling rune weapons for 5k+ profit. all's meaned for f2p and btw i don't bet it'll functioning 8) have fun
