Courtesy week(all the time would be ideal) would be great, but there are too many people who are rude and inconsiderate to others. I always try to be nice and help people out but get annoyed easily when spammed at any bank with people calling each other "noob" or other non blocked insults. It's rather funny how during the school year this isn't so much of an issue. This is not a runescape problem alone though, it's on in every type of on-line community around where people don't have to face the consequences of their actions.
