or you can always just go to some1 else's house and use their's its wat i do :D and they easy to find in some dungeon parties, for me my best luck finding is in world 6

i agree w/ zyx, workbench saves u some time -
i guess if u wanted jus train rc till balanced with other skill lvls and for question 2 u could use the nats to make the bars in smithing :D which doesnt include running from furnace to bank :P ....and idk wat to do with remaining money lol but good luck
