  1. Just wanted to add that I thought you had a great post Sligo :) .
  2. I just want to say as an F2P player I appreciate your suggestion at the end. I will most likely become P2P eventually but I don't want to pay $5 a month doing some I can do for free and that's leveling up all my F2P skills. So untill they become respectable sorry Jagex one less membership from me for a while. But still I'm sure that my skills would raise up a little faster if I had one or two decent sized quests like Dragon Slayer to go to when I become frusturated because I've mined 1K coal and still not leveled :wall: . Even better make one more quest for us like Recipe For Disaster where we've got to work up our skills just to beat the quest. Then I would have something to look foward to every time I wanted to just throw all my clay I was going to craft into pots into the river. Because I'm sure I'm not the only one who's not wanting to waste my precious $5. So next time your thinking about an advertising strategy to get more members don't only think about making more quests to drag us in. Think about about doing something for F2P players that shows you care about us as well. By the way I'm not broke I could pay for the membership if I wanted to but not everyone can. Most of these are 9,10, or 11 year old kids who's parents don't want there credit card number given out to a gaming company they've never heard of (no offense Jagex). That's yet another reason why you should make one more F2P quest that requires lots of your skills being in the 60's/70's. This would have to mean that this quest could only be done by dedicated F2P players. Maybe if you show your consideration for F2P like I mentioned above these kids will one day think back and say "Hey Jagex did something for me way back then when I was F2P. Now that I can pay for them without nagging parents worried about credit card fraud, I should because of how much they cared for me." Now as corny as that may sound I would think that if I was in that situation I would say that to myselfs later on. And one more thing. Take F2P people like Voncritic (for those of you who don't know he's a high level ranger who is a commited Tip. It member and celebrated his 1000th total level last July) who still love the game even though they've done so much. I mean come on, if my calculations are correct he's got over 66% of his total levels considering in F2P you can only get a total level of 1495. Well thanks for listening to my two cents worth and if you read this Voncritic hope you don't mind me mentioning you.
  3. Ok the air thing was ok because I can mine rune essence and make airs on level 1 of both those skills but steel bars is out of the question. Sorry. Any more suggestions?
  4. Ok looks like I'm going to be crafting some airs #-o .
  5. Unfortunatly it's P2P based and I'm F2P :P . Any other suggestions?
  6. To gain my skills, I need money. Period. With money I can buy all the runes, arrows, armor, weapons, bones, ores, bars, and anything else I'll ever need. So basically I want some money-making tips. I like to merchant so can anyone give me what they think are some of the best items to merchant? I have only 150K starting cash and I'm F2P. Other important things to keep in mind are all my non-combat skills are level 1 and that I need things that'll keep the cash flowing in because I want to purchase full zamorak and then possibly a full halloween mask set ( ). So any tips or guides that you could show me would be appreciated.
  7. Yeah my first goal is my new 70 mage goal since it won't affect my combat level and it'll also increase the accuracy of my spells but I need to cast curse 25,855 more times to achieve it. So not only will I be spending over a million gp on runes I'll be clicking over and over and over... And there is no auto-cast. Any better suggestions? If not sorry Mr. Monk Of Zamorak.
  8. Ok thanks for answering that one. I'll probably raise my mage level goal since it won't affect my combat level and I've got better accuracy with my spells.
  9. Well this may be supposed to be in another category but I think that since I want some advice this could belong in here. Basically I wanted to have anyone answer a few questions about combat skills. 1. I'm F2P so even though the highest magic level I need is 60 do my spells get more accurate as my magic level increases? 2. Should I have 40 attack so I can use rune weapons and a really high strength level or should I sacrafice a few strength levels so I have a better chance to hit? 3. Finally what do you think of my combat level goals on my signature? Do you think there achievable and do you think it's a good combination and that I'd be a deadly adversary for any F2P opponent? Answer 1, 2, or all 3 questions it doesn't matter to me all I want is some feedback whether it's one line, one paragraph, or one page.
  10. I just sent you a PM with exact directions. Hope they helped.
  11. Slayer Tower north of Canafis
  12. First mine like 500-1K clay as it respawns quickly and isn't to far away from bank depending on where you go. The buy 14 buckets for GS as they respawn quickly and you won't have to wait long. Next go to Fally west bank and you'll see a water pump. Fill up your 14 buckets, go withdraw 14 clay, turn it into soft clay by mixing with water, and then store it in bank. Before you leave go ahead and withdraw 14 more clay and then go back to pump. Fill up your buckets, turn all your clay into soft clay, and go ahead and fill up your buckets again and just start all over and repeat. It goes quickly and it's easy to get into a groove. Then just make pots over and over in Barbarian Village or wherever you think is best. I got at least 20 crafting levels from doing this and it was enough to allow me access to crafting guild :D .
  13. Well maybe in P2P but not in F2P. You can only set attack spells to auto-cast. And I've also heard that the monk of zamorak is good exp. to because of his such high resistance against magic attacks.
  14. Thank you very much like I said I'm to lazy lol. Anyway now I've got another question for you or anyone for that matter. Is there any good way to train spells like bind and confuse or any good place because you can only cast it once per enemy and plus, there isn't an auto-cast :( .
