  1. Nice idea. My opinions:

    - All dragon bones are the same item and a +1 prayer bonus is just excactly balanced for such a cape, we dont need 4.

    - 3 different abilities is weird. I would rather just suggest an emote like turning into a dragon or something, like a skill cape.

    - Blasting everything into oblivion could work as something like a cannon, and is quite reasonable. However 24 hours is too long, I'd rather suggest 5-15 minutes as long as its not overpowered.

  2.

    they have macro detection monitors

    They really don't :-#

I got banned for "macroing" when I was getting 99 Magic weeks after I trained from 1-99 (I did it all at once took a few weeks), even though I was casting "Tele-Other" on my friends, player mods and some Jagex mods at the time (back when they could be interacted with), I can't appeal it either as they have "no evidence" (it actually says that).

You don't want to know how advanced thePir macro detection system is.

They do have proof but they don't give it as it can be used to improve the macros.

  3. I for one think this is a very fun idea. I would love to see it implemented. :)

I especially like the quests opening after certain amounts of time.

    Yeah that would be like

###You need to play for 5 years to start this quest!

    "gf questcape."

  4. - Did you knowthat eating an anchovy pizza takes the same time as eating a lobster?

    - Did you knowthat eating a slice of anchovy pizza and then quickly eating a swordfish

heals 23 HP in one bite?

Eating a swordfish has a delay of 1. Eating a lobster has a delay of 1. Eating half of anchovy pizza has a delay of 0,5.

    Any pizza - 0,5.

    Any pie - 0,5.

    Cake - 1.

Most of other common food like fish and potatoes have 1.

The tip 1. in the quote is true, the tip 2. isn't as half of anchovy + swordfish = 1,5 delays.

However a tip by me - meat pizza can be really good food in f2p - much cheaper than anchovy and heals only 1 hp per bite less. As you can heal 16hp in one delay, they can be better than swordfish in some situations.

  5.

A note on all full Revenant sets, they all offer a 15% combat bonus in the Wilderness (not including minigames) and a 25% bonus against Revenants. All sets also have the chance to poison on damage hit over 10. (the special ability of the Ranger set is the exception)

_Magician's bow (Effect: offers a good magic bonus and can autocast spells as well as arrows)

_Ranger's staff (Effect: offers a high ranged bonus and can autocast spells)

(Note: the difference between the two weapons is the bow's magic bonus is higher, while the staff has a higher ranged bonus)

_Revenant Scythe. Effect: Reaping(hits 30% higher if the target is under half health)

All that I mentioned in the quote seems to be overpowered. I like the armor sets and the effects.

Also mention how you could choose/get which bonus the druid armor gives. Oh yeah now that I think of it, druid robes are kinda overpowered too - think of the divine/elysian shields or whatever they are.

But the idea is very good, just balance it.

  6. Jowns everything in RuneScape including the game itself. If someone sells any of that stuff for money then they are elling something that belongs to someone else, so they are effectively selling stolen goods.

Theft of intelectual/virtual property is still theft and should be punishable.

No they are selling a service. It is like using an anvil that belongs to Jagex and offer a IRL smithing service for money. (omfg kinda bad example and cba to think a better one)

You are paying him to smith your bars/metals etc into a nice sword. You are paying for a service.

(and then the next day u go to school, pking irl, with an awesome steel sword.)

My view on it: They stole time.

The guy who got robbed lost the money, he had spent time on rs to make that money. The guys who stole the money didn't have to make the money anymore, so they saved time.

That is what I meant if you read my previous posts. Might have been a bit unclear.
