I think it could be f2p easily. We've seen good costumes for the men, the orcs and the heroes.

Do magic, as long as its lower as your strenght lvl it wont make you rise lvls. You will be able to bind and throw a powerfull cast in once in a while. And ofcourse teleports.

9 PM in the Netherlands? That means it will be the same in Belgium?

There is one improvement that could do the job: making the duel arena f2p. But we all know Jagex wont do that. So as said before: its the art of the wilderness.
