  1. I'm very glad that you have your account back, I just cannot imagine how happy you can be. Although, I think there was at least some communication from the start with you, I'm not sure but I think I read in another thread that they had promptly replied to you. To the previous poster. Again and again, how many times do I have to repeat that a BASIC 1 or 2 line AUTOMATED message would suffice for us to understand they are WORKING on the problem. I am not asking them to rush things eventhough, deep down I want my account back as fast as they can give it back to me. But, with a very simple message, me and countless others would know that they are actually -really- working on our accounts. PS. What they posted in the Rant section was very unclear and very distant message. Didn't say anywhere "We are sorry for the inconvenience this may pose for some of you.." . Again and again, simple basic communication problem.
  2. That is exactly one of my point. Since we have no idea what happened here, since we do not know if its a glitch or they really think we did something, we have no idea if this is not going to happen in the future. Again, this is nothing but a simple problem of communication so far. And burned is entirely on the company's side to make things clear ASAP.
  3. Malhavok, the tone was much better, much less agressive and much more constructive as you actually made suggestions. But, the first part of my previous replies also would affect you. I have never let my emotions, as a nurse, guide the way I act toward a patient. Even if this patient is the WORSE I have ever had to deal with, or even if this patient as violent toward me. NEVER. Now, if you act in such a way that, because you are annoyed by CONCERNED clients and because you believe that their concerns is not valid enough for you to warant some urgency in trying to resolve what ever issue they are having with the company you work for, then I would have to say that you are a negative asset to the company yet again. All clients are to be treated equal, whether one annoys you more than the next. Because, as you may very well be aware of, your next "big" client might exactly be the one that annoyed you the most and the one you most treated badly. So enough said with that. As far as moving off, starting another character, once again, easier said than done. You two speak like people who are not the least bit involve in this, when you have your account deleted, when you are not sure if you will ever have it back. Maybe, just -maybe- you will see how it is to be in the shoes of the people who are living through this stress. And yes, like all of us, I have a real life, and I am quite able to function in my real life without my RS character. The point was not whether I could manage without it, the point is HOW THE COMPANY IS ACTING. That, my friend, is the point and nothing but the point.
  4. ninjai07, what are you on there, hard drugs? Where in heavens name did you see I was impolite toward anyone here? And I am surely guessing you got fired from your previous job of course with a lame attitude like that. I couldn't care less if I was last, that is not the point at all here. Flamming? Where? Where exactly do you see flamming here? Did I ask people to leave RS? Did I ask people to send hate mail to RS? What I wrote is a person being responsible and having an opinion and reacting to a unacceptable situation. Now, I could not have one least bit care about what you think, even more now that you told me how you use to act. If, for some reason, you let your emotions guide you at work, that meant you were a very bad worker and a negative asset for the company you use to work for. NEVER you should let your emotion guide you in your decision making, if you do not like a client, that is YOUR problem not the client's problem for the client comes first ALWAYS. Now, just in case more "strange" cases comes here, let me be clear that what I have writen and what others have writen is concern about a company acting the wrong way. That's it, that's all. Lastly, when you are going to be the TARGET of such a deletion in the future we will see just how PATIENT you will be. So next time, just shut up with the bull you just pulled and move on to another thread. Unless, you have a real opinion of course.
  5. The rs forum cannot be used for this, they made sure it is a read only sticky. Jagex as not made totally official the problem. They have stated that there is a present "problem" with some accounts. "If you are having problems with your account and cannot see a reason for a ban, or cannot use the 'Appeal an Offence' link, then you should submit a message to Customer Support. We will review each account on a case by case basis." Jagex has failed to communicate with the affected users. Jagex as not stated if they are or will also analyse other accounts which have not submitted a review for their bans. This is very important because some people may be lead to think they have done something against the rules and just accept the ban and non-possibility of ban appeal process, thus losing their accounts for ever. Jagex is responsible for account management, for the internal engine that checks for cheating, for how this engine works, for how people who uses the data from these engines work also. If something went utterly wrong somewhere, it is possible for Jagex to bring out a communiqủ̮̩̉ saying their are concerned about the situation and are doing everything in the power to resolve this issue. Still keeping in mind that they must keep secret the internal work of this cheat detection engine, also having to keep secret its faillure or faillures because that would alert users that the engine itself itsn't 100% reliable or that the humans who uses the data gathered by the engine are very much less reliable. Again, I cannot emphasize enough that a simple communiqủ̮̩̉ would reassure all affected users. Right now, since I have not a single confirmation that anyone in Jagex staff as read my many inquiries, how am I suppose to proceed? How difficult is it to provide a simple note saying "We have received your inquiry"? Can I presume that Jagex is working on analysing my account or other people's account right now? Why should we accept that a company works in such a reckless matter?
  6. It's been 3 days now, and not even a simple automated message to tell me that they have READ my inquiries and will proceed whenever they can. I would understand that they are flooded with request and show a lot of patience. But this is not the case, not one single reply, even from billing which is still SILENT about whether or not if Jagex is still dipping into my credit card. Keep in mind that I cannot unsubscrib as I am permanently banned. I think the process is automatic that you are unsubscrib but all I am asking is that they simply confirm this. This company has limited all lines of communication. You cannot phone them, you cannot directly email them, you cannot even reply to the replies they give you when ever they bother to give you a reply.

    Calling London is out of the question. The cost would be too great and nothing would promise me I'd get an answer seeing I can't even get a simple response from Jagex presently.
  8. This goes far beyong any acceptable practatices. I have sent inquiries the very day I was permanently banned, like minutes afterway explaining the situation and knowing that it had to be a mistake. Consider this now, it's been almost three days now. All of my inquiries have gone unansered, not a single reply. I cannot use the ban appeal, there is not marked (active) bans there. I can no longer use the inquiry system, it stops me from sending a ticket, I canot use the forum, i am banned, I cannot use bug report, I am banned. I have sent emails, real emails to billing dep, no responses to both of my emails with me stating very CLEARLY that I want them to confirm to me that are no longer dipping into my credit card. No replies. I have never seen, since 2001, Jagex acting in such a reckless maner. The company could simply state in a communiqủ̮̩̉ that a problem accured and that many accounts were affected by this problem and they are working very hard to reactivate the accounts would COMPENSATE the users affected for the problems and the stress caused by the account being deleted (of course I'm not talking about give a million to each user, just show the users which have been quite traumatized by the situation that Jagex actually cares). Yes, Jagex is not in the abit of banning people for no reason, but how in the world can you explain this? I know for certain I didn't do anything at all here, but how am I suppose to defend myself if Jagex won't tell me why they banned me?

    It took me years not months to train this guy. And, if you understand this right. They gave him one last chance but he doesn't know what he did wrong. If you think this through, you will realize that they can reban him anytime they want because he (just like me) has no idea what they are accused of, thus, what in the world can we do if we cannot know what we did wrong. So even with a recovered account, we will never be sure this will not happen again.
  10. xbiggsx, that copy and paste is pretty useless. No ban appeals link (that we already know) and no inquiry responses. Which is the exact reason why I decided to make this unacceptable behavior on their part made public.
  11. I didn't want to come here and whine about this problem as I have a great deal of respect for this board. I'm just totally out of options here, I've had my "NarcAngel" for so many years now, I would simply demand a reason for the ban (which seems when reading the other comments I won't get any reason for the per ban), and since I cannot write an inquiry, I fail to see what in heaven's name I am suppose to do here?
  12. Be very careful here. Jagex did a massive ban process 2 days ago, many of us hit and no reason given. This "trick" you speak of is obvious a bug and would be regarded as bug abuse. I highly doubt you want to take the risk of using this bug just to have your account banned because you abuse from this. Don't take useless risks when you know you don't have to, just accept the lower and lower bonus and recharge the bow.

    OK guys, seems I'm not alone here. I'm having the exact same problem here. I've had no replies, I cannot send inquiries anymore, I find this entire thing very reckless and uncceptable. My account was level 112 and with more than 1600+!
  15. Ok guys, I need your help here. Two days ago, my account was permanently banned. I was playing PC, suddenly I lost connection, I went and tried to log back in and discovered that my account had been disabled. I checked my Ban Appeal link, nothing in there but an old offense dating back to a long while ago. Nothing recent, nothing about the account being deleted, nothing to explain why I was permanently banned. Now, of course, if I cannot see a reason why i was banned, I cannot appeal the ban because there is nothing there. So I used the customer inquiry system to send inquiries. I realized later that they warn you about using that system to send ban appeals but again, how else am I suppose to proceed here if I cannot see a reason for the ban nor have a ban appeal link? It's been two days now and I have yet to receive one single reply. But things are getting even more spooky now. I have tried just minutes ago to send another inquiry through that system, it tells me that it is Unable to send a ticket, meaning someone at Jagex has made it so I cannot use that system anymore. Now, I know FOR SURE, I didn't do anything, and I mean -anything- to deserve my account being permanently banned. I also sent 2 emails to the billing dep (real emails) which ALSO have not being replied. I need help from your guys because I am running out of options here. I have no idea which course to take. I am given a permanent ban with no explanation, my inquiries are not being answered. Do anyone of you know if there is another recourse? I find this process highly offensive a way to treat a customer, if I could at least know why I was ban I could send a appeal and live with the decision even if I knew for sure they were wrong but at least I could try and DEFEND myself. I doubt more and more that I will recover my account now, but any help you guys may give me may go a long way in giving more chances for that not to happen. Thank you. PS. I've had this account since 2001. I was level 112.

  17. I mean, I had my doubts about it in the first place, seems most flatpack involves others rooms in the house and none seem to include the chapel, but since you can make a flatpack cat, I'm wondering if it's not possible for the altar, and other gilded items can be made like gilded beds.
  18. No, since I was asking for a service, not for a help or advice, I thought it better here since this was first of all a confirmation if the flatpack could be made. And I also strongly doubt that every body would have one considering the cost. Can you point me as where it would indicate it to be impossible?

Ok guys, I need to know -for sure- if it is possible for someone who's construction 75 and who has the proper workbench if it is possible to make a gilded altar flatpack and a marble burner flatpack. Now, I want both of these. If I'm not wrong, this is what I need for both: Gilded altar 75 Marble block x 2 Cloth x 2 Gold leaf x 4 MB 325k x 2 = 650k GL 130k x 2 = 520k Total = 1170k Marble burners 69 Marble block x 2 Steel bar x 2 MB 325k x 2 = 650k Total = 650k Grand total 1.820 million So, can people confirm this flatpack info and could someone do me these flatpacks? Of course, I would prefer someone who's got many posts here and it is near 2 million cost, thus there is a need for great trust here. I have to know also, I'm level 51 con, there's no problem using the flatpacks? I'm guessing not since this is why they exist in the first place, but there may be a limit level at which the flatpack will work.

  22. Ok, here's one for you guys to laugh at me. I have this thing, from time to time I either go on the free world or do it in member world but less often. I give money away, usually around 10k, sometime more, sometime but rarely less just because I feel like I have plenty that day. When I do it in the free world, I go and disease myself in the zogre land and tele real fast to Karamja and position myself at a fishing spot, log off, log into a free world and wait for someone to identify what is the orange splash and who ever says it's a "disease" first wins the 10k. Now, there I was finished alch'ing a few yew bows, not that many but the total was still 194k, not too bad. So I have the idea, I'll go to Catherby, do my small line of sharks (about 5 cooked sharks) which I'll drop and somewhere between the sharks, I'll drop 10k and anyone will be open to win it. I'll do this behind people who fish so they'll be lots of people trying to grab the sharks and have the pleasant suprise of winning 10k. But, there I go, get my sharks out of the bank but I forgot to deposite my money first, so I head to the spot, drop the sharks and drop what I think is 10k at the end of the line. DOH! It was my entire 194k! Ahahaha the guy was freaking out! I stayed totally silent, I was feeling so stupid so I didn't tell the guy it was an error. I mean, it's not a big thing for me, got plenty more where that came from but I would have payed more attention I wouldn't have dropped the entire amount :) Won't stop me from dropping 10k again in the future but I guess I may wait a little while before I do another drop *G* So there you go guys... laugh at me!

  24. Well, that's pretty dumb of me, I never thought for even one second of buying the set and reselling it, that's a very good suggestion since I do have more than enough money for the set. Thanks I'll probably try that!
  25. Safe spots don't always work of course. Once you kill a wave, they'll be coming from any direction. I use black hide but it doesn't get me far. What I need to know is if its possible, I need people to confirm me that they did it. And by the way, I don't have a crystal bow, I only use MSB. Of course, I use safe spots all the time, but to set up the safe spot, you must expose yourself, thus you'll expose your range or melee or magic or the three attacks at one more or another.
