Ok... the rat looks a bit weird for starters... maybe change? Second, the background's white... are u addin anything? But overall... pretty good for a start.

Ok... here are my thoughts - - First its kinda boring and not much happening... - Theres also alot of unused space... - U need hair... the guy looks kinda funny... maybe use some human anatomy? Where are his hands? Ok there are probably more I wanna say... but that's all i can think of now.
