id have to go with minotors or pest control maybe even both pc is quite expensive for arrows as u often cant retrive them whereas minotors u probly got thousands of arrows after this long training there so i would just keep swapping between go to pc once u down to ~200 arrows head back up to minotors

yes i also i got within about 500-750 tokens randomness factor has been stated but you mite want to gety a few while ur there anyway as its nice too have a few spare so you can go pking and not worry about loosing it

id have to say pest controll is the best way with mage gear on and fire strike ull easy hit 50 damage before the end of the game that way u get all xp for runes + hp xp and the void night points are a nice bonus
