Well... i dont know why.. when i am playing runescape.. i always get 2 sec delay.. evrything i do i need to wait 2 sec then it will move.. anyone had experience this problem.. please tell me what to do.. i dont really know why im having this problem.. i can download things just fine and at a fast speed..
