There are no required levels, although 43 prayer is highly recommended. Also, good agility, defence and range levels will help a lot.

I finished it yesterday with: 61 attack 62 str 60 def 70 range 43 pray I did the whole quest in just 4 hours (using a guide) Get your range to 50, you'll do it really easy.
