what is the difrence between ess and pure ess? is it the same at what is the price of them both if they are not and can f2p mine pure ess..and does it give the same amounth of mining xp?

1. I need to get around 7 mill - or "just" 450k mind runes and 2 millions.. can any1 tell me a fast way to get cash - i got high stats in almost every f2p stats - and im F2P. 2. PLus need a good place to train my defence on f2p any advice - atm 55 def and low att/str (20)? WHY IS NO ONE ANSWERING - IM GETTING SICK -sry but its really annoying..

1. at the moment im 22 at 20 str and 54 def.. atm i train in the dungeons under Barbarian Village.. but do you got any better place to get def xp as fast as possible..:) REMEMBER ITS F2P (FREE TO PLAY - AKA IM NOT MEMBER) 2. how much is minds runes worth atm? i want to buy over 100k minds so how much do they cost each?
