still havnt fixed it

cd is a official copy. when i have any disc in the drive at start up it asks me if i want to boot from it, burnt discs, games, anything! except for windows xp office. have tried multiple copies of xp office but no matter what it wont see it at start up :(. help

i am trying to reformat my computer to windows xp office my cd rom is my primary boot when i boot up my computer and put in the disc it continues booting up without asking to boot from cd~~ help please

would be giving a 2 (1-10) be too generous? ya i thought so i give u a .7 way to much junk in there all those guys give me a headache
